Objectives Upon successful completion of the ITIL Foundation qualification, candidates can expect to gain a general overview, and basic knowledge and understanding of ITIL. Successful completion of the Foundation qualification also fulfils the prerequisite entry criteria for the next level of study within the ITIL qualifications scheme, the ITIL Intermediate Level.
Participants will learn about the content of the internationally recognized ITIL® best practices and will be optimally prepared for the exam. The course is developed according to the requirements of AXELOS (official accreditor of ITIL®). It covers in full the official ITIL® Foundation syllabus (curriculum).
